Aaron Bivas, CPA is the founder of Bivas CPA, where he helps real estate owners and business owners see clearly where they stand today, plan with certainty, and build lasting wealth.
Aaron found his path early. Working under the CFO of a private equity-backed company, he saw how clear numbers and the right advice could change the decisions a business owner makes. That lesson has shaped his career ever since.
He went on to spend 10+ years at the Big 4, a Top 10 national firm, and a growing local practice, combining big-firm expertise with hands-on, personal service. Along the way, he served 200+ owners, developers, and fund managers across real estate, private equity, and family office tax.
Real estate called to him because it's where tax strategy makes the biggest difference.
